Label layouts decide what each printed label shows. Admins build them in Team & Workstations → Label builder.

Size

Pick a preset (1.25×1, 2.25×1.25, 3×1, 4×2, or 4×6 in) or enter a custom width and height. DYMO printers use their preset sizes.

Elements

  • SKU barcode and quantity barcode
  • SKU text and quantity text
  • Custom text
  • An image, such as your logo

Use Test print to check a layout on real stock, then Save layout.
