Admins add people from Team & Workstations with Invite teammate. There are two ways:

  • Email invitation: they accept it themselves. The invitation is valid for 7 days and holds a seat until then.
  • Create with temporary password: the account exists right away, and they choose their own password when they first sign in.

Roles

  • Admins manage settings, billing, and the team.
  • Operators sign in and print.
